One team, from first meeting to running website
The people who work out what your business needs are the same people who design it, build it and connect it. Nothing is scoped by one group and handed to another to interpret.
00Studio
We build websites for established UK companies and connect them to the software the business already runs on, so enquiries stop getting lost between the phone, the inbox and a spreadsheet. This page is how we are set up, what we will probably tell you, and the work we turn down.
Who does the work
The people you meet first are the people who design, build and connect it.What we take on
Websites, joining up the software behind them, and AI where it earns its keep. How you see progress
A private workspace showing what is being worked on and what is waiting on you.01How we are set up
Between the person who sold it and the person building it. Between the build and the software it has to talk to. Between launch day and whoever ends up running it. There are no gaps here because there is one team, and it is a small one.
The people who work out what your business needs are the same people who design it, build it and connect it. Nothing is scoped by one group and handed to another to interpret.
The decisions that are expensive to reverse stay with senior people for the whole job, not just for the pitch.
Your CRM, your accounts package, your booking system and your till stay where they are. We connect them to the website rather than move a working business onto a new platform because it suits us.
Who owns what, who has access to what, who gets called when something breaks, and why each choice was made. It all sits in your workspace, so when somebody new joins your team the answers are already there.
02What we will tell you
They are what shapes every recommendation we make, so it is fairer to put them on a page than to spring them on you. If you disagree with most of them we are the wrong studio for you, and it is cheaper to find that out now than in month three.
If enquiries currently get lost between the phone, the inbox and a spreadsheet, a better-looking site will lose them just as fast. We look at what happens after the form is filled in before we talk about design.
Most companies we meet already pay for five or six systems that do not talk to each other, so the same job gets typed in twice. Connecting what you have is usually cheaper than buying a seventh thing.
It works where there is approved material for it to answer from, a hard limit on what it can do, and a person it can hand over to. Anywhere else it is a demo that will eventually embarrass you in front of a customer.
Every automation and connection is handed to a named person in your business, with a way to see what it has been doing. Otherwise it quietly stops working and nobody notices for six months.
Arguing about what is in and out in week one is cheap. Discovering it in month four is not. Expect us to push back on the wishlist.
Automating a process your team does not agree on just makes the disagreement happen faster. We will ask three people to describe it, and start from where their answers differ.
03Where we stop
Everyone claims to do good work. Very few will tell you where their line is. These six are ours, and they are the reason some conversations end at the first meeting.
If your CRM, your accounts system or half your website is doing its job, it stays. Replacing something needs a reason, not a habit.
A job we cannot give senior attention to is a job that will disappoint you in month three. We would rather say no in week one.
Everything we build has a limit on what it can do, somebody it hands over to, and a record of what it said. Anything that cannot have those three does not go live.
If keeping it running depends on us being available, we built the wrong thing. Handover, documentation and access are part of the job, not an extra at the end.
There is not a single percentage uplift anywhere on this site, because we will not print a number we cannot show you the working for.
The six websites in the showroom are ours, built to demonstrate how we work. They are labelled as demonstrations everywhere they appear, and they always will be.
04Not yet published
A page about the people, and a list of clients. Neither has been written because neither has been supplied. The empty frames below are the brief for filling them, not a design flourish.
Placeholder · owner to complete
Names, roles, photographs and a line each on what they actually do. Nobody has been made up to fill this space, and no biography on this site describes a person who did not write it themselves.

Client names, logos, results and quotes go here once there is written permission to publish them. Until then the six demonstration websites stand in, and they are labelled as demonstrations on every page they appear on.
Until those two blocks are filled in, everything else on this site is written to stand up without them. That is deliberate: no anonymous testimonial, no statistic with nobody's name on it, and no wall of logos.
