People come to us for one of these: working out what to fix first, a new website, getting the software they already pay for to talk to itself, or an assistant to take the questions their team answers over and over. Any one can be bought on its own.

This is a contents page. Every line below links straight to the part of the page it names, so you can go to the bit you care about instead of reading four sales pitches.

The site your customers actually use. It has to be found, believed, and easy to ask a question through.
One home for every record, a named owner for every job, and work that cannot quietly stop.
An assistant that answers from information you approved, only does what you allow, stops at the edges, and keeps a record.

Bought separately, these are four projects. Run in order, each one leaves behind something the next one needs. This is that list, in full.

03Where to start
Most jobs start with one problem and one of these four. Getting the order right matters more than the size of the project.
Route A
Start with the service that fixes it. Buying one on its own is a real job, not a foot in the door. And if the thing you have named is not the thing costing you money, we will say so.
Read the four servicesRoute B
Start with the first one. The job is to work out what is actually going wrong and what it is costing, while changing your mind is still cheap.

Tell us on the first call. We work backwards from the date to the smallest useful thing we can have live by then, and write down what is deliberately left until after.

There is no client list on this site. Client work is done under agreement, and a row of logos tells you nothing about whether the work behind them is any good.
So we built six complete websites for six companies we invented, to the same standard we would build a real one to. Every one is a demonstration, not a claim: none of it was delivered for a real company. You can open all six and click through the lot.

This is where most agencies would put their proof. It is empty on purpose rather than filled with something invented. Three things belong here once there is permission to publish them:
Until then, there is nothing on this page we could not stand behind if you asked.
05Next step
The most useful first conversation is a plain description of what is going wrong and roughly what it is costing you. We will tell you which of the four it is, what it would take, and whether it is worth doing at all.
